cow’s milk and results in a shiny, pale ivory-coloured
cream with a smooth, ultra-creamy texture and a soft,
delicate and mild buttery flavour.
Makes an excellent alternative to heavy cream in both sweet and savoury dishes. Used in desserts, baking, with pasta and in savoury dishes.
